Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at LA -LOOK AWESOME. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at LA -LOOK AWESOME. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at LA -LOOK AWESOME, you agree to the terms set forth below along with LA-LOOK AWESOME’s Privacy Policy.

All products are unique and are only produced once the order is placed. This also means that returns or exchanges are not accepted if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, or simply changed their mind (for products with variations).

However, if there is any manufacturing issue or damage with the product/service you purchased, you have 7  DAYS from the delivery date to request a refund, exchange, or return the product/service.

✅ Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking information).
  • The item must be unused, with original tags and in its original packaging, including the SKU label if applicable.
  • Returns must be shipped back within 7 days after your return request is approved.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to a 20% restocking fee

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after receiving your refund (if eligible).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We at LA -LOOK AWESOME, commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that LA -LOOK AWESOME is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, within 5–7 business days after we receive your item.

Shipping
LA -LOOK AWESOME is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
