Ambassador Policy

Ambassador Requirements:

  • Ambassadors must generate sales only within the United States.

  • They must have an active and operational Shopify Collaborator account to manage their sales and commissions.

  • Ambassadors must purchase a minimum of 1 product from our store after receiving approval into the program. (A 25% discount will be offered for this purchase.)

Commissions and Payments:

  • Ambassadors will receive payments for commissions generated every 15 days (a few days after they are processed).

  • Payments will be processed through Shopify Collaborator in USD (United States Dollars).

Tax Liability:

  • If the ambassador resides in the United States, they may be requested to complete a W9 Form for tax purposes.

  • In the event a W9 Form is requested and not submitted, the ambassador's payments will be limited to a total of $599.99 USD per fiscal year.

Currency Conversion:

  • Should an ambassador choose to receive payments in a currency other than USD, they will be required to pay a currency conversion fee.

  • If you choose to receive your final payment via PayPal, bank account, or wire transfer in a currency other than the US Dollar, Hyperwallet will perform the currency conversion before it reaches your PayPal wallet or financial institution, and it will be subject to their base exchange rate and currency conversion fees:

    • The base exchange rate is based on the rates within the wholesale foreign exchange markets on the day of conversion or the preceding business day, or if required by law or regulation, is set at the relevant governmental benchmark exchange rate.

    • Hyperwallet applies and retains the currency conversion fee, equivalent to 0.50% of the payment amount. Shopify has secured this preferred currency conversion fee in collaboration with Hyperwallet to benefit Shopify Partners.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Ambassadors must maintain active and positive communication with the LA LOOK AWESOME team.

  • They are encouraged to collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotions according to the guidelines provided by LA LOOK AWESOME.

Use of Images and Content:

  • Ambassadors may use LA LOOK AWESOME images or content for promotional purposes with prior authorization.

  • Any unauthorized use of images or content may result in the termination of the ambassador agreement.

Agreement Duration:

  • The ambassador agreement is valid until further notice and may be terminated by either party with prior notice.

Compliance with Regulations:

  • Ambassadors must comply with all LA LOOK AWESOME policies and regulations at all times.

  • Any conduct that violates these policies may result in the immediate termination of the agreement.

Policy Modifications:

  • LA LOOK AWESOME reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and ambassadors will be notified of any significant changes.

By adhering to this policy, LA LOOK AWESOME ambassadors acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions set forth.
